If you need to create a new survey, the primary survey tool for Simon Fraser University is SurveyMonkey which you can find that the Surveys service page at https://www.sfu.ca/surveys/.
We recommend SurveyMonkey for most of your needs for creating surveys at SFU. SurveyMonkey has been approved for general university use. See the Terms of Service page for SurveyMonkey to determine your requirements for appropriate disclosure notices where necessary.
SFU Websurvey remains available if it is necessary for an existing process that has not yet been migrated to other tools.
