Cancellation Deadline; June 30, 2011
Complete the ON-LINE Form. Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server.
All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds, less a $50 CAD administration fee will be granted to cancellations received by June 30, 2011.
No refunds will be issued after that date.
Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute participants are welcome.
Confirmation of your registration
When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server.
If payment is made by cheque, your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is processed a payment confirmation will be e-mailed to the account provided on your registration.
