Alumni Memories from Beijing "During the years at SFU, I gradually fell in love with Canada. The openness and kindess of SFU people guided me to seeing more wonderful things about this country. Freely debating and expressing one's opinion even with someone in a high position is not something you'd see in China. But it's this openness that kept SFU growing and what makes SFU one of the greatest schools in Canada. P.S. I really miss the first snow on Burnaby mountain!" Audrey Hao, BBA '05

-- Hong Kong – Friday, October 21 Over 170 enthusiastic alumni attended a reception at the Hong Kong Bankers Club, celebrating SFU's 40th anniversary as well as the 25th anniversary of the Hong Kong alumni group. Questions about the Hong Kong alumni group? Contact David Wong (pictured below), SFU's alumni rep in Hong Kong, at mailto:david_wong1@alumni.sfu.ca (david_wong1@alumni.sfu.ca).
