About:  Looking to master LinkedIn? Participate in a step-by-step course (taken on your own time) followed by a workshop on August 6 where you’ll learn more about using LinkedIn as your personal branding tool, using it as a key part of your job search and more.

Staying active at home

SFU Recreation is offering ways to fit in movement and find balance in your daily 'self-isolated' routine. Drop in for a live workout, flow through some yoga poses, or utilize some of the fit tips shared on their Instagram to improve your health and mental clarity during these uncertain times.

Keep up your fitness and join the SFU Recreation community with 6 weeks of free online workout classess! Four days a week, an SFU Recreation instructor will lead a virtual class through a variety of workouts - including yoga, bootcamp, and dance.

Get inspired with some fantastic exercises that you can do anywhere - taught by SFU Fitness Instructors Cara and Caroline! 

Take a short break from your day to give your body and mind some well-deserved attention with these short guided videos from Caroline. Whether your muscles are feeling tense or you feel that you need a mental break from a stressful day, these videos will leave you feeling rested and recharged.

About: In celebration of our 10th anniversary edition (and in response to the global pandemic) the 10-day July festival will move online with 10 specially curated-for-screen digital events over 10 weeks!
