SFU Continuing studies has events and online information sessions. Most are free and admission is open to anyone. Note: some events require reservations.

SFU alumni discount

Interested in a program? SFU Continuing Studies is pleased to waive their standard $75 application fee for all SFU alumni. Simply enter discount code SFUalumni when applying to any program.

Staying active at home

SFU Recreation is offering ways to fit in movement and find balance in your daily 'self-isolated' routine. Drop in for a live workout, flow through some yoga poses, or utilize some of the fit tips shared on their Instagram to improve your health and mental clarity during these uncertain times.

Keep up your fitness and join the SFU Recreation community with 6 weeks of free online workout classess! Four days a week, an SFU Recreation instructor will lead a virtual class through a variety of workouts - including yoga, bootcamp, and dance.

Get inspired with some fantastic exercises that you can do anywhere - taught by SFU Fitness Instructors Cara and Caroline! 

Take a short break from your day to give your body and mind some well-deserved attention with these short guided videos from Caroline. Whether your muscles are feeling tense or you feel that you need a mental break from a stressful day, these videos will leave you feeling rested and recharged.
