SFU Alumni Update E-Newsletter - December 2007Document Tools ALUMNI & CAMPUS NEWS New Home for Contemporary Arts School The BC government announced funding in November that will enable the SFU School for the Contemporary Arts to move to a new home in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside by 2009. The 30-year old school, currently housed in separate buildings on the Burnaby campus, will be the centerpiece of the redeveloped historic Woodward's site. Its design includes space for teaching, performances, and events featuring music, film, theatre, dance and visual arts.
