Spring Break Recreation Camps & Clinics for Youth Looking for something cool for your kids to do during spring break? SFU Recreation & Athletics is offering several spring break camps and clinics for children and youth including: music, soccer, volleyball, games, arts & crafts, and other recreational activities. Psychology Student & Alumni Networking Event - March 21 Psychology alumni are invited to join current psychology students, faculty & staff, and special guests for a social and networking event presented by the SFU Psychology Students Union (PSU). Wednesday, March 21, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at the Diamond Alumni Centre, SFU Burnaby. Enjoy food, drinks, great conversation, and a token of appreciation while connecting with SFU grads and students. Speakers include SFU President Michael Stevenson and Dr. John Pierce, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. This event is free, but space is limited so pre-registration is required. 7. SFU Film Grad Launches Fido Flick - March 16 Film alumnus Andrew Currie, BA '93, unveils his new movie Fido to Vancouver audiences on March 16. Co-written and directed by Currie, and starring Carrie-Anne Moss, Billy Connolly, and Dylan Baker, this zombie flick could be just the ticket for fans of the comic horror genre. Dress up as a zombie for the preview screening (Thursday, Mar. 15, 7:00 pm at the Paramount on Burrard Street, Vancouver) for a chance to get in free.
