Enjoy a three course fine dining experience with BC food and wine pairings while taking in the fabulous mountain and inlet view. www.sfu.ca/~sustain 2007 Terry Fox Run Terry Fox was an SFU student who was thinking of the world when he began his run across Canada to raise funds to cure cancer. After 27 years and $400 million raised, the world now thinks of Terry each year when the community runs happen around the globe. SFU celebrates Terry with runs in Surrey, Vancouver and Burnaby. We encourage alumni to do the same by participating in a run wherever you live. Find a run in Canada or internationally at www.terryfoxrun.org SFU NOW for Working Adult Learners - Online Survey SFU is planning a new initiative for working adults wanting to take undergrad credit courses. SFU: Nights or Weekends (SFU NOW) will provide flexibility for adult students through courses offered in the evenings, on weekends and online. To create the best possible program, we'd like to learn about the specific needs and interests of working adult learners. You can help by completing the brief survey at www.sfu.ca/sfunow SFU Donations Reach New High Generous donors provided close to $36 million in philanthropic support for SFU in 2006/07 with $23 million funding new equipment and facilities, $9 million enhancing research and teaching, and $3.5 million supporting students through scholarships, bursaries and awards. Thanks to those alumni who made a gift last year.
