Program of Student
This table provides information on the type of majors and minors enrolled in the course.

Only the top five programs are reported under the categories of Approved Major, Intended Major and Approved Minor. In courses with more than 10 students enrolled, programs with fewer than three students are not reported separately, but are included in "OTHR". In courses with 10 or fewer students enrolled, the top 5 programs are reported separately

"Certs, Dips, Etc" is a count of all students pursuing credentials that do not have a major or minor program. Included in this category are students pursuing certificates, post-baccalaureate diplomas, PDPs and graduate level credentials (Masters and PhDs). Also included in this category are special, visiting, qualifying and exchange students.

"Undeclared" are those students who have not declared a major or minor program. This count excludes students pursing the credentials listed above in "Certs, Dips, Etc".

A student pursuing more than one credential or program is reported once under each appropriate category.

Credential and Faculty of Student
This table provides information on the credentials being pursued by students in the course. If a student is pursuing more than one credential, the student is counted once under each credential.

All certificates are reported under the category of "Cert". All post-baccalaureate diplomas are reported under the category of "PBD".

"Unsp" are unspecified students who have not specified a credential.

Course Enrollees by Admission Category and Student Type
This table provides information on the admission category of students enrolled in the course. This table also provides information on the number of new and continuing students in the selected semester.

Hours Completed Prior to Taking Course
This table provides information on the number of credit hours completed by students prior to taking the course. Credit hours completed includes both SFU and transfer credit hours.

"None" includes new students to SFU with zero transfer credit hours. This category also includes students who were awarded a degree at SFU and are now beginning a second degree in the selected semester. (Once a student graduates, the number of credit hours completed for the student is reset to zero by the Registrar's Office).

This table may be used to estimate the year level of students. Post-baccalaureate students have 60 credit hours added to their completed hours, reflecting the fact that a diploma program should, in general, consist of upper division courses (ie. post-baccalaureate students are considered to be 3rd or 4th year students).

The calculation of "Average Hours" includes students with zero credit hours completed.

SFU CGPA Prior to Taking Course
This table provides information on the academic quality of students taking the course. The SFU CGPA reported is the CGPA that is attained prior to enrolling in the course.

"N/A" includes new students to SFU and students who have been awarded a degree at SFU and are now beginning a second degree in the selected semester. (Once a student graduates, his/her CGPA is reset to zero by the Registrar's Office).

The calculation of "CGPA Average" includes only students with a SFU CGPA.

Note: The CGPA distribution is not provided for courses with fewer than 5 students enrolled and the CGPA average is not shown if there is only 1 student enrolled in the course.
