Adrian Moise dreamed of building a business. The combination of process and leading great teams got him excited. He envisioned a space he could build a high performing team, and support individuals to reach their optimal potential. He wanted the freedom to hypothesize, challenge the status quo and continually improve. Together with his wife and fellow SFU alumnus Florentina, Adrian founded Aequilibrium Software.
Today, as CEO, Adrian works alongside organizations to create game-changing software, faster and more efficiently. By leveraging agile and lean-start-up methodology they are able to help evolving organizations to validate, plan and build best-in-class software and applications.
Throughout his career, Adrian has grown several companies from 10 to 100 people in a matter of only a couple of years. He achieved this all the while focusing on employee engagement and satisfaction. He has contributed many projects that have had a significant effect on businesses and on communities around him. However, at the end of the day what he enjoys most, is the daily opportunity to coach and develop amazing talent.
In his spare time you can find Adrian playing chess or Ping-Pong with his family or having a picnic in the beautiful city of Port Coquitlam. He also mentored a multidisciplinary team from SFU SIAT School and volunteered for Free the Children. One of his favourite memories of SFU is graduating alongside Florentina and enjoying the event with their 2 children by their side.
Adrian’s drive, commitment to personal growth and sheer curiosity has lead to creating valuable software that has a meaningful impact on our world.
