At exactly 10 a.m. more than 420,000 people across B.C. dove for cover in The Great British Columbia Shakeout. SFU earth scientist and earthquake expert John Clague, one of the participants in the first province-wide earthquake preparedness drill, can evaluate how prepared we were to drop, cover and hold on.
