Urban sustainable development
Kee Yeon (Keith) Hwang, president of the Korea Transport Institute, is giving two lectures next week – March 29 at SFU Harbour Centre and March 31 at SFU Surrey – on urban sustainable development. Sponsored by SFU’s Urban Studies program, Hwang will speak on two topics: The Cheonggye Stream Revitalization Project: An Urban Transport Revolution in Seoul and The Sustainability Dividend of Building a Better Bus System: Evidence from Seoul’s Public Transit Reform. He is available to speak with media prior to the lectures on March 28.
