Where haggis and dragons meet

SFU’s annual Gung Haggis Fat Choy Festival, one of the most anticipated events of the winter semester, will liven up Convocation Mall on Thursday, Jan. 24. The festival combines the traditional Scottish holiday of Robbie Burns Day with a multicultural twist, and creative competitions – from human curling (beginning at 11:30 a.m.) to dragon car races and haggis eating.
