UILO group at SFU appoints Don Osman as technology manager

Simon Fraser University's university-industry liaison office (UILO) has appointed Don Osman as technology manager, medical devices and natural resource technologies. Osman is a registered professional engineer with more than 20 years of technology transfer experience, including positions with the National Research Council, the universities of Manitoba and Victoria, the NRC Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics and the Canadian International Development Agency. UILO facilitates the creation of university-industry research and development partnerships, and commercialization of university-based research results.
