Simon Fraser University has been advised that members of CUPE 3338, which represents the university’s support staff, may participate in a day of protest on Monday, May 3, 2004.
This could involve protests at all three SFU campuses and may result in disruption to some services including transit and food services.
Monday is the first day of classes for the Summer semester and classes will go ahead as scheduled.
Please check our road and traffic report web site at http://www.sfu.ca/security/sfuroadconditions/ for up-to-date information about transit running to the Burnaby Mountain campus. Check the BC Transit web site at www.Translink.bc.ca for more general information about transit service.
