Kirk Hill is the new executive director of career services for SFU Business. He is responsible for directing and managing career planning, career development and job placement services for SFU Business graduate and undergraduate students.

Hill has spent much of his career in the United Kingdom where he held a variety of positions with sales and marketing firms, venture capital firms, and a leading executive search firm for the investment banking industry. He holds an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and a graduate degree from the University of London.

In 2002, Hill moved to Vancouver to help establish the North American headquarters of a British training consulting firm. He joined SFU Business in March 2003 as director of business development for the Learning Strategies Group.
