UK business expert joins investment talks

Colin Melvin, director, corporate governance of the U.K.’s Hermes Pensions Management, and CEO of Hermes Equity Ownership Services Ltd., will be at the Segal Graduate School of Business on Tuesday, September 26, 4-5 p.m., to join a discussion on the evolving field of active share ownership and responsible investment and the role of pension fund fiduciaries. Melvin is a former chair of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) and a member of the International Corporate Governance Network’s shareholder responsibilities committee. Melvin can be available for interviews before and after the meeting.
