Simon Fraser University President Michael Stevenson will unveil plans for SFU's new Surrey campus on Friday, November 5.
Currently, classes at SFU Surrey are held in a temporary facility in the Surrey Place Mall. SFU Surrey is moving to a permanent campus to be located in Central City, an award-winning architectural complex adjacent to the Surrey Central SkyTrain station. The first stage of the move - the relocation of administrative and faculty offices to the Central City office tower - was recently completed. Stevenson will officially open the two tower floors on November 5, and will also reveal plans for the new classroom, library and other facilities.
