Rot at the top?...The federal government announced today it will launch an independent investigation of allegations of corruption, cronyism and cover-ups at the highest levels of the RCMP. The announcement stems from damning testimony heard at the Commons public accounts committee. SFU criminologist Rob Gordon can discuss the factors that contribute to systemic corruption in law enforcement agencies.
