Business-student teams from 16 universities around the world – including universities in South Africa, Copenhagen, Hong Kong, Manila and the U.S – will compete Feb. 6 - 9 in the SFU Business CaseIT competition.

An undergraduate competition organized by and for students studying management information systems, CaseIT started out in 2004 as a three-day information technology (IT) business-case competition between SFU Business undergraduate teams.

The  world’s only student case competition to focus on IT and innovation, SFU Business student organizers have since grown it into a significant international event, this year raising $60,000 from delegate fees and corporate and association sponsors.

“The organizing committee is incredibly dedicated to CaseIT and we’ve spent countless hours organizing this event,” says chair Rey Lim, a fourth-year SFU Business student.
