Let your tastebuds be the judge at the first Iron Chef SFU Competition March 29 at 1 pm at the Cooking It Up Healthy Food Festival (10-3 pm) in Convocation Mall. Executive chef Colten Milliard from SFSS Food and Beverage Services and Dave Davis from Chartwells Dining Services will duel for the tastiest recipe using sustainably harvested tuna and wild mushrooms. SFU Dietician Rosie Dhaliwal (right) will run one of several booths promoting local food and healthy cooking.
