The SFU Clan and the BC Lions look for doubleheader victories over Saskatchewan rivals Sept. 13 at BC Place Stadium.

The Clan take on the U of Saskatchewan Huskies in a noon game, and the Lions play host to the Saskatchewan Roughriders at 7 p.m.

It’s the first twinbill for the Canadian Interuniversity Sport and the Canadian Football League in the 25-year history of BC Place.

Fans can take in both games for $30 (plus applicable charges) and can purchase tickets through Ticketmaster (604-280-4400) or online at

The Clan finally ended a 25-game winless streak Aug. 23 with a 24-10 home opener against the UBC Thunderbirds. The big win, though, was followed by a 25-13 loss to the Golden Bears at the University of Alberta Aug. 30.
