PhD business student Victor Chen has won a 2008/09 post-graduate research fellowship worth $35,000 from the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. He will spend the next year working on two projects for the foundation: one on Canadian Diaspora, to discover what kind of Canadians are likely to emigrate and what strategies the Canadian government might adopt to reduce brain drain; and one researching how to attract foreign investment to Canada.
