Eye exams and dental visits are expensive for students. The Simon Fraser Student Society (SFSS) hopes to change that with a health-insurance plan for undergraduate students that will cover prescription drugs, vision care, travel medical coverage, dental coverage and a variety of extended benefits. The society will hold an online referendum Sept. 23 and 24 for all undergraduates to vote on a student-fee increase to cover the $198 cost of the program.
