For the first time in the 42-year history of Clan football, a regular-season home game will take place on Burnaby Mountain. Shrum Bowl XXX, the annual cross-town battle between SFU and UBC, will kick off from Terry Fox Field on Oct. 6, at 1 pm. SFU has played home games out of Swangard Stadium in South Burnaby, but scheduling conflicts mean the Clan will play out of three locations—Swangard, Coquitlam’s Town Centre and SFU—including the Shrum Bowl’s 30th anniversary.
