Flu time is just around the corner and, for the second fall, SFU’s Health and Counselling Service is offering vaccinations for flu and meningitis to the university community and the general public. The program is administered and delivered by the privately owned and operated Travel Medicine and Vaccination Centre (TMVC). The flu vaccination fee is $20, but for those who are at high risk for complications from the flu, as well as essential community service service providers/caregivers, there is no charge for the flu shot. This year, the meningitis vaccine is available at a reduced rate of $110. The full rate is $130. SFU’s four remaining vaccination clinics will be held Nov. 1–13. Clinics and locations:
