Sixteen student teams from universities in Germany, Singapore, Italy, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Lebanon, USA and Canada will arrive at the Vancouver campus March 31–April 3 to compete in North America’s largest management information systems competition—the CaseIT competition. Established by SFU Business students in 2004, it is organized entirely by students each year. During the 2010 competition, undergraduate student teams will have 24 hours to prepare a business case centred on cloud computing—the use of computing applications provided as a service over the Internet. Students then present their case before a jury of technology industry experts. www.caseit.org
