Booking space at the Burnaby campus for conferences and other events just got much easier with a new one-stop ordering service. One call to Meeting, Event and Conference Services (MECS) lets you arrange catering, meeting rooms, audio-visual services and any special requirements. "It’s hassle-free and saves time; there’s no longer any need to call for each service individually," explains Laura Brenton, the main MECS contact for Burnaby bookings.
