Almost 1,000 members of the SFU community walked, ran, skated and danced their way to better fitness through the Seven Weeks of Wellness program last year. And Health and Counselling Services’ popular online active-living tracking and wellness program is back again this year.

Track your progress using Google satellite maps that convert activity into steps and kilometres. Track your fruit, vegetable and water intake and even your sleep and relaxation levels. Do it alone or join a team. Win prizes and accept challenges. It’s all free, and it’s open to all members of the SFU community—just register before Jan. 27 at www.students.sfu.ca/wellness.
