Get active this year with SFU’s 7 Weeks to Wellness challenge. Track your progress using online health-tracking programs that help you to monitor your daily nutrition and water intake, sleep and relaxation, and activities ranging from walking to dancing to housework and yoga. Join a team to help you keep on track or join a weekly challenge for a chance to win a prize. Open to all students, staff and faculty. There’s limited space, though, so register early at and begin your 7 weeks to wellness on Jan. 28. The challenge ends Mar. 18.
