Third-year SFU Business students Andy Leung and Raymond Zhang took first place in the 2nd Annual Western CA (Chartered Accountant) Case Competition in March. The duo, one of seven teams from western Canadian universities, had 24 hours to review, analyze and solve an accounting case-study problem. "The winning team from Simon Fraser University had an MBA-quality presentation that highlighted what CAs do best—helping clients make decisions that are both practical and forward-looking," said lead judge Drew McDonald CA.
