The SFU campus became home for a day for the cast and crew of the futuristic television series Andromeda, starring ex-Hercules actor Kevin Sorbo and Keith Hamilton Cobb. The scenes were filmed for an episode called The Prince. The filming included a stark line-up of armed royal guards clad in black suits.
