Student Services collects, uses, and discloses the personal information contained in these records to administer the University's emergency loan program. Only Financial Aid and Student Accounts use the information in these records. Non-identifiable financial information may be audited by Finance and external auditing agencies who review their files.

Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed

The employees of Student Services use the personal information contained in these records. Personal information is not disclosed to external auditing authorities. The loans are disbursed and administered internally, and students repay debts directly to SFU.
