Personal information is collected, used and disclosed for processes associated with faculty contract renewal, tenure, promotion and salary review. Personal information also regularly used by faculty members to assess their own teaching performance.

Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed

University employees from academic departments and faculties discharging employment-related responsibilities, including members of departmental Tenure and Promotions Committees, the Faculty Review Committee, the University Appointments Committee and the University Salary Appeals Committee.

Faculty instructors.
