Information is collected for the purpose of administering awards made to undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows. Personal information is disclosed only for the purpose for which it was obtained or compiled or for a use consistent with that purpose, including providing the information to Tri-Council agencies, auditors and other University departments, and governance bodies who perform a role in managing award activities.
