Information is collected for the purpose of assessing, monitoring, and reporting on student eligibility to participate in the U-Pass BC program. Personal information is disclosed only for the purpose for which it was obtained or compiled or for a use consistent with that purpose, including verifying that a student is eligible to receive a U-Pass card, reconciling errors, processing exemption requests, and reporting summarized and non-personal information data to Translink via regular reports.

Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed

Student Services departmental staff and representatives of the U-Pass BC Appeal Committee. Personal information is not disclosed to Translink auditors.
