Description

Correspondence, reports, hearing transcripts, statements of complainants, respondents and witnesses, memoranda of understanding, resolution agreements, decisions by University administrators and working papers.

These records were used to document the intake, review, investigation and resolution of harassment complaints pursuant to SFU'sHarassment Policy, GP 18 (Revision A1991). Under this policy a case was designated "formal" when a request was lodged to form a hearing panel to investigate a complaint. Any files created at the informal stage of a complaint were carried over to the formal complaint case file.

The 1991 Harassment Policy has been superceded by a new policy.
