Correspondence, SFU Harassment Advisor Report / Complaint of Harassment intake form, reports, statements of complainants, respondents, informal agreements, notes and working papers.
These records were used to document the intake, review, investigation and resolution of harassment complaints on an informal basis pursuant to SFU's Harassment Policy, GP 18 (Revision A 1991).
The 1991 Harassment Policy has been superceded by a new policy.

Retention and Filing Guidelines
CY = current year an in formal harassment case file is closed.
This is a 'one-time' disposal authority for Informal Harassment Complaint Case files created and used pursuant to the 1988 Harassment Policy. This disposal authority covers records of the 1993-1997 period.
Records of the 1988-1992 period have already been destroyed by the Harassment Policy Office.
