Retention and Filing Guidelines
CS = Current semester.
Vital records procedure: The Registrar's Office produces a CD-ROM each semester by reading the records from SIMON and created a facsimile of the grade list in text document format. One CD-ROM copy is retained by Registrar - Records and Registration and another CD-ROM copy is sent to Archives for vital records storage.
