Description, purpose and use of records

Files created by Human Resources to document the continuing payment of medical, extended health and dental benefits of retired University employees.

Records include status reports, deposit summaries, correspondence, cheque requisition forms, invoices from medical and dental insurance companies. The files are arranged by document type, and within these groupings records are filed chronologically.
