Description, purpose and use of records

PDP Admission form, admission rating form, applicant's covering letter, resume, post-secondary transcripts, reference letters, acceptance/denial letters, final evaluation reports, withdrawal forms, re-entry forms, appeal forms and related correspondence.

These records are used to intake applications for admission to the Professional Development Program (PDP) in the Faculty of Education. The records are also used to assess and rate the applicant, record the admission decision and, if the applicant is accepted, track their progress as a student in the program.
