Course Description:

Principles and concepts of the transmission of genetic information treated comparatively in human, animal, plant and microbial systems.

 

3 lecture hours/week, 1 tutorial hour/week, 0 lab hours

 

Course Prerequisites: BISC 101 and 102

Tentative evaluation criteria (subject to change):

Grades will be based on three problem sets (10%), two Midterm exams (25% each) and a cumulative Final exam (40%).
