EEEF 2010 Accommodation

LODGING OPTIONS:

We encourage conference delegates to stay on the SFU campus and we have reserved units for this purpose. Availability is limited.

RESERVATIONS

Guest's can now request their preferred accommodations by clicking "EEEF - May 2010" at SFU Conference Accommodation page. Reservation requests are being accepted until April 15, 2010.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

  • Check in on day of arrival is anytime after 3:00 pm and before 5:00 pm (September to June); or after 3:00pm and before mid-night (July & August).
  • Guests arriving after 5:00 pm can contact the Guest Accommodations Staff using the on-call access phone located outside the Residence Office. On-call staff will meet guest(s) at the Residence Office.
  • Check In Location: Admin Office (SFU Conference & Guest Accommodations Office in the Residence Admin Building A1001).
  • All guests will be required to provide their photo I.D. and credit card as provided on the “Reservation Request Form”.
  • Check out time on day of departure is 11:00 am. Checking out entails the guest vacating the room along with all of their belongings and the keys or key card is returned to the Residence  Office. Please do not leave the keys in the room.
  • Special arrangements must be requested more than 72 hours in advance with a representative of SFU Conference & Guest Accommodations if the Individual wish(es) to check in or out outside these hours. Note that we may not be able to meet all requests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • You are responsible for damages that you cause.
  • Parking at SFU is $6.50 per day per vehicle.
  • No pets.
  • No smoking in any building at SFU or within 10 meters of any door, window, or air intake.
  • Alcohol consumption in public areas is not permitted unless the servers have a valid permit or license.
