The Entomological Society of British Columbia invites you to the 2010 Joint Annual Meeting of the Entomological Societies of Canada and British Columbia to be held at the Coast Plaza Hotel and Suites in Vancouver, British Columbia from October 31st to November 3rd, 2010.
The room rates are $149 per night plus taxes, based on double occupancy. Each additional adult is $20. Reservations can be made by calling the Hotel at 1-800-716-6199 or 604-688-7711. Be sure to mention the conference when making reservations: the conference group code is CPS-GFC3902. To book online, the following link will take you directly to the Coast on line reservation page. Using this code when you reserve will ensure that you get the conference rate and that the conference is credited with your stay at the hotel.

On-line registration is preferred: however, if for some reason you wish to avoid on-line transactions, download the registration form (Word format or .pdf format) and mail it and a cheque to the address listed on the form.
