Proteomic and Metabolomic Approaches to Elucidate Hormonal Control of Seed Dormancy and Germination

This PENCE team is developing mass spectrometry methods to understand the manner in which PTMs control seed development, dormancy and germination. Novel mass spectrometry techniques have been used already to profile and analyze the seed metabolomics of conifer, white pine, lettuce and Arabidopsis.
