Prospective Students

I am currently looking for new students to join my lab to work on various aspects

of the molecular physiology of environmentally challenged plants.

If you are interested, please contact me. Currently, I am looking for:

• One student to join a group in my lab that is using physiological and molecular

tools to explore the response to drought in poplar and to identify potential

expression markers for use in identifying drought resistant trees.

• One or two students to work on the molecular physiology of salt-stressed roots.

• One student to contribute to our work on resistance to deer browsing in Western Red Cedar.

I am interested in supervising M.Sc., M.P.M. and Ph.D. students
