August 23, 2018

Samantha Wilson, a PhD student from Jonathan Moore's lab, has just won two awards from the American Fisheries Society!  Samantha was presented with the awards by AFS president, Steve L. McMullin, at their annual meeting in Atlantic City, New Jersey yesterday.  She has received the Steven Berkeley Marine Conservation Fellowship as well as the J. Frances Allen Scholarship.  These awards recognize her ongoing research on the effects of climate change on outmigrating juvenile Pacific salmon.
