    AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED!!

We are seeking donations for items for a silent auction that will be held at the 4th Western Hemisphere Shorebird Group meeting to raise funds for Latin Americans to travel to future meetings.  Any and all items are welcome! Consider bringing something special from your part of the world to donate.  We also welcome books and field guides, new or used equipment (binoculars or other optics, tripods, field supplies etc.), services (e.g. statistical advice, free sample analyses in your lab, etc.), jewelry, art, decorations, photos, prints, or even software!  This is a great opportunity to recycle valuable items sitting unused in your labs and offices.  Corporate sponsors are encouraged to donate equipment or supplies.  All sponsors will be acknowledged in the meeting schedule and if desired, have their company logo added to the document.  All items not purchased will be donated to biologists that make requests.  If you have suitable items to donate, or questions, please bring them with you to the meeting venue, and contact Andrea Pomeroy (apomeroy@jacqueswhitford.com) so she can do an inventory.
