Tracy has over 20 years experience across a variety of industries including hospitality, telco, and higher education.  An experienced leader and strategist, she has worked in senior roles in large firms such as Cossette Communications, McDonald's Restaurants of Canada, Boston Pizza International, and TELUS.  Tracy has also been a franchisee and small business owner.  Her expertise is in marketing, communications, branding, advertising, planning, and project management.  

A current and long-time resident of Greater Vancouver, she grew up in Nelson, BC, attained her undergraduate degree (B.A. English) in Victoria and lived in northern Japan for a number of years.
