SFU Board of Governors 2012 Meeting Schedule

Listed below are the dates for the meetings of the Board of Governors in 2012 and the submission dates for receipt of materials. Board meetings are usually held at 8:00 a.m. on Thursdays in Room 126 of the Halpern Centre, Burnaby Campus, with the following exceptions:  Thursday, January 26, 2012, 8:00 a.m., The Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue, 580 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, and Thursday, September 27, 2012, 8:00 a.m., SFU Surrey, 13450 - 102 Avenue, Surrey.

Unless otherwise noted, the External Relations (EXRC) Committee will normally meet at 3:30 p.m. on the Wednesday one week prior to the Board meeting at Harbour Centre, 515 West Hastings Street, Vancouver.  Unless otherwise noted, Finance & Administration (FAC) and Academic Operations (AOC) Committees will normally meet at 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. respectively on the Thursday one week prior to the Board meeting in Strand Hall Room 3171, SFU Burnaby. Other Board Committees meet as required.
