    • Consent form must be completed and handed in prior to camp start date. One consent form per child is required.

How can I register for an SFU Camp?

If you have registered with us before, you already have an account. Go to the online site and retrieve your login information to proceed.

New to SFU Camps? Here are your registration options:

  • Online - create a profile and register
  • Phone (778-782-4142) - please have your child's care card number handy, as well as method of payment (Visa or Mastercard)
  • In Person
    • Recreation Main Office, open Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
    • Methods of payment accepted: Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa, Mastercard

What if I don't have a BC Carecard?

You can provide your personal health care number from your Canadian, provincial health insurance. International campers will need to provide the policy number of their travel insurance AND a paper copy of their travel insurance policy, in addition to the Camp Consent Form.

I submitted a camps waiver last year. Do I need to submit another one?

Yes we require a new waiver for our Summer Camps each year.

What is your refund policy?

I can't find your prices! How much do your camps cost?

In an effort to reduce entry error we've listed prices only on the camps online registration system. To view pricing:

  • enter the camps online registration system;
  • enter the barcode of the camp or browse;
  • select "Show Courses";
  • select "View Details" - A small new window will pop up with details on the course dates, larger description, and price (at the very top).

When will the Summer Camps brochures be ready?

We are hard at work on this! The online / interactive version will be viewable by mid March. The print version should be ready a few weeks later.

Slightly prior to the above timeline:

  • We will post sections of the brochure under the "Start Here!" section of the camps website. Check out the "Camp Planners"
  • Courses will be viewable (prices, barcodes, dates, times) through the online registration system.

What is Verified by VISA and if I wanted to, where do I sign up?

Verified by VISA offers cardholders additional security during web-based purchase transactions. Find out more by contacting the financial institution which issued your VISA credit card or by visiting http://www.visa.ca/verified/

I created an account but the system didn't save my profile information. What happened?

Our system will not save your new account until you have completed your first transaction with a payment.

 I registered and paid for a course but I haven’t received my receipt or log-in information?

If you selected to keep your e-mail ‘private’, the system will block all communications to you.  If you want to receive receipts and confirmations, you will have to contact the Recreation Office during business hours to have your e-mail unblocked.  They will also be able to send you confirmation.

In the online registration system, is there a maximum time limit for transactions?

Yes the system will time you out after 30 minutes - any courses or camps added to your account or basket will not be saved. If you are registering for several camps at the same time, we recommend you break up your transactions to ensure you retain your spot in a specific camp.
